  2. Firstly heat about a 1/2 of a cup of the cranberry juice in a saucepan, once heated add gelatine and over low heat stir until totally dissolved. Then add the remaining cranberry juice and Xylitol and allow to dissolve and heat through.
  3. Place in a bowl and fridgerate overnight to set.
  4. Serve with double cream and raspberries. Enjoy. X
