Instructions
  1. Let’s cook
  2. Firstly heat your coconut oil in a fry pan, while that is heating cut your sausage into 8 pieces. Then place in oil and cook until they have colour on each side, then add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Then add the capsicum, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli and paprika and chili then cook until soft. Next add the mushrooms and cauliflower rice and stir until well mix.
  3. Next make a circle in your mix big enough to fry an egg, spray it with olive oil and crack your egg in the middle and fry until cooked. Once cooked transfer to a bowl for eating or enjoy straight from the pan. X
