Instructions
  1. Lets Cook
  2. First turn your oven on 180 degrees and allow to warm up. Next get a sauce pan and add the 3/4 cup of cream and bring to almonst boil, then add the cream cheese in diced pieces and stir until melted. While you are doing this boil a pot of water. Once the cream cheese has melted add the onion and garlic power and season with salt and pepper. Next add the cheddar and stir until melted and then the mozzarella until melted. Then add the cauliflower to the boiling water for 5-7 minutes and cooked until tender. Then drain and place in a baking dish and cover with the cheese sauce and then sprinkle with the Parmesan and place in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  3. Next lets cook the broccoli, in a baking dish coat the broccoli with the olive oil and then zest the half lemon over it and then sprinkle with the chili flakes and season with salt and pepper, place in oven to roast for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Now season your steak on both sides with salt and pepper, and add the tsp of olive oil to a fry pan and add your steak and cook for approximately 3 minutes each side. Then remove from pan and add the butter and add the mushrooms and tarragon and saute until cooked through, then add the 1/2 cup of cream and allow to reduce to the consistency of a thick sauce.
  5. Lets put your dinner together. I serve the steak which has been resting with the mushroom sauce with the broccoli on the side and then the cauliflower cheese as a side dish. Enjoy. X
