Keto cranberry jelly with double cream and raspberries
Firstly heat about a 1/2 of a cup of the cranberry juice in a saucepan, once heated add gelatin and over low heat stir until totally dissolved. Then add the remaining cranberry juice and Xylitol and allow to dissolve and heat through.
Place in a bowl and refrigerate overnight to set.
Serve with double cream and raspberries. Enjoy. X
